Privacy policy on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016

 

Dear Candidate,
Gromart S.r.l. with registered office in Turin, Piazza Paleocapa n. 1/d (hereinafter "Gromart" or the "Data Controller"), in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that the personal data you provide through the curriculum made available to us will be processed for the purpose of personnel selection.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purpose indicated is the execution of pre-contractual measures, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b, of the GDPR. The provision of personal data is optional; however, if you do not provide it, it will not be possible to take your application into consideration. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is their necessity for the purposes of the assessment that may lead to the possible establishment of the employment relationship.

For the pursuit of the above purposes, the Data Controller may resort to the services of external suppliers. These subjects have been, for this purpose, appointed Data Processors, in accordance with art. 28 of the GDPR, and will process your personal data only on specific instructions from Gromart.

Your personal data will not be disseminated or transferred outside the European Economic Area and may be communicated to third parties only in the cases provided for by law.

The processing of data for the indicated purpose will cease 6 months after the application for a position of sales or production employee at the points of sale; otherwise, after 12 months from the application, without prejudice to further retention obligations provided for by law.

You may, at any time and free of charge, exercise all the rights referred to in articles 15 et seq. of European Regulation 679/2016, including access, modification, integration and/or cancellation of data, revocation of previously given consents, limitation of processing or portability of personal data, by writing to the following e-mail address: privacy@grom.it or by writing to Gromart, Piazza Paleocapa n. 1/d, CAP 10121, Turin.

If you notice a violation of your rights, you may contact the competent Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, without prejudice to the possibility of contacting the judicial authority directly.
