It starts with our soft, velvety cream, made with delicate sheep’s milk ricotta, bringing a rich yet fresh sensation to the palate. To this smooth base, we add the lively sweetness of candied citrus fruits, evoking the warmth of Mediterranean orchards, and the refined crunch of toasted Sicilian almonds. Gluten-free.
