Grom Cream Gelato

One of our signature flavours, Crema di Grom combines egg custard gelato with meliga biscuits and pieces of dark chocolate. Meliga biscuits take their name from the Piedmontese dialect, where “meliga” means corn. These traditional corn biscuits are crumbled into our gelato and paired with 70% dark chocolate from Venezuela. This is Crema di Grom — our unmistakable signature flavour. Gluten-free.
