The basis of this flavor is our Fiordilatte gelato, prepared with high quality milk and cream left to infuse slowly with vanilla beans. We use this delicate cream as a white sheet, to which we add the black cherries of a small producer, a choice that guarantees the purity of the fruit, and delicious pieces of dark chocolate and 100% Italian hazelnut grains. Gluten-free.
