Lemon Sorbet

Our Lemon Sorbet is produced using the Femminiello Siracusano IGP Lemon, with an intense aroma and juicy pulp, a perfect variety to express all the fragrance and liveliness of the fruit. We use 28% of its juice and the secret lies in squeezing the lemons gently, so as not to touch the white part, the albedo, which would otherwise give a bitter and astringent taste to the sorbet. Refreshing and sweet at the right point, never cloying or too acidic. Gluten-free.
