The ritual of Italian espresso meets the purity of high-altitude origins. Our coffee gelato makes no compromises: no instant coffee or powders, only real espresso, prepared with the same care and freshness you would expect at an Italian coffee bar. The soul of this flavour comes from the pristine mountains of Guatemala, where the coffee beans grow at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,000 metres. A delicate roast reveals notes of chocolate, caramel and honey, with a vibrant citrus hint. Blended with fresh milk and cream, the espresso creates a smooth, rich base in which roasted, pleasantly bitter notes melt into perfectly balanced sweetness. Gluten-free.
